Pemnat- pemetrexed
Pemnat belongs to a class of medications called antifolate antineoplastic agents.

Indication
pemnat may also be used for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (nslc). malignant pleural mesothelioma (a type of cancer that affects the inside lining of the chest cavity) who cannot be treated with surgery.

Mechanism of action
pemnat interferes with the growth of cancer cells and slows their growth and spread in the body.

Supplied as
pemnat is available as 100mg, 500mg single dose vial.

Do not take pemnat without consulting your doctor if you are pregnant. Discuss with your doctor the appropriate use of birth control during treatment with pemnat. It is not known whether pemnat passes into breast milk. Do not take pemnat without first talking to your doctor if you are breast feeding a baby.
